Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms apply to all appointments, treatments and purchases at Sweet Beauty, the beauty salon of Sónia Lopes in Almancil, Algarve. By booking an appointment you agree to them.

2. Bookings

Appointments are made in advance, online, by phone or by WhatsApp on +351 916 573 050. A booking is only confirmed once the salon has accepted it. Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time so your treatment can start as planned.

3. Cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend an appointment, will incur the full service fee. Delays of more than 15 minutes may require the appointment to be rescheduled.

4. Payments, packages and vouchers

Payment is taken in the salon: cash, MBWay, Revolut or bank transfer. Treatment packages are personal and non-transferable. Gift vouchers are collected and paid for in the salon and are used against the treatment booked.

5. Assessment and treatment changes

The final treatment, its duration and the price may vary following an in-person assessment. Any change will be discussed with you before the treatment goes ahead.

6. Your health

Please tell us about any allergy, skin condition, medication, recent treatment or pregnancy before your appointment, as these can affect what is suitable for you. Where a treatment is not advisable, we will tell you and discuss the best alternative.

8. Personal data

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Updates

Sweet Beauty may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here is the one in force on the day you book.
